What is Hypnosis?
You might not know it, but you have already experienced hypnosis before you found this site. Yep, true story. Hypnosis is a totally natural occurrence that we experience many times throughout the day.

So, hypnosis is simply a focused state of attention, and something you are already capable of achieving.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the process in which a qualified Hypnotherapist works with a client to engage this focused state of attention and then guides them to make change and achieve their goals.
